As founder and chairman of Resort Properties, Robert T. Trotta's business acumen and experience in commercial real estate and resort development have seen him become a recognised leader and highly respected figure within the global real estate industry.
Mr Trotta's extraordinary knack for picking key locations, his outstanding ability to understand market needs and his unrivalled flair and innovation have set him apart as a true pioneer and visionary.

Mr. Trotta has been a member of the American Resort Developer Association (ARDA) for over 30 years and the first chairman of CITA, a forerunner to the current Resort Developers Organisation (RDO).
He holds a BA from Ohio Northern University and an MA from the University of North Carolina.
