American Resort Development Association (ARDA)

The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is the Washington D.C. based professional association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries.
Established in 1969, ARDA today has nearly 1,000 corporate members ranging from privately held firms to publicly traded companies and international corporations with expertise in leisure real estate.

ESPA International

Resort Properties is affiliated with this award-winning company founded over 15 years ago by Susan Harmsworth - the world's most renowned spa designer, founder and CEO of ESPA.
Harmsworth has achieved her international success for both innovative luxury spa design and management and for her skincare products and treatments.
According to Condé Nast Traveller, five of the top 10 spas world-wide are Harmsworth's designs.
The concept of the 10,000 sq ft. destination spa at Castello del Nero Hotel & Spa in Tuscany, and the spectacular 23,000 sq ft. Palmyra ESPA in Jamaica, have both been developed by Harmsworth.

Interval International (II)

Interval International's vacation exchange network includes more than 2,000 resorts and more than 1.8 million member families world-wide.
The company has been at the forefront of the vacation ownership industry since 1976, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Resort Condominiums International (RCI)

In 1974, Resort Condominiums International (RCI) pioneered the concept of exchange vacations.
Today, RCI has more than three million members world-wide who enjoy dream vacations at RCI's 4,000 affiliated resorts in more than 100 countries around the world.

Resort Development Organisation (RDO)

The Resort Development Organisation (RDO) - formally the Organisation for Timeshare in Europe (OTE), is the trade body dedicated to excellence and fair trading in the European vacation ownership industry.
It promotes and fosters industry growth and serves its members through education, public relations, legislative lobbying and member & consumer relations management.

GoTimeshare

GoTimeshare.org was set up by the vacation ownership trade body, Resort Development Organisation (RDO) to promote the best that timeshare has to offer.
It is a great resource for both existing timeshare owners and holidaymakers who want to try out new ways of taking holidays, providing a step-by-step guide on how timeshare works, the benefits of ownership, how to use the exchange system and so on.
